General Terms

2.2 Registration Process
Only one account is permitted per person. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Operating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are suspected of being operated using the same device, IP address, or payment method, aago1 reserves the right to verify or suspend all related accounts.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Updating Account Information
If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email), please update them through aago1 support. aago1 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
If there has been no transaction or login for 12 (twelve) months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact support to reactivate an inactive account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods can be used to deposit funds on aago1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
- Once a deposit is complete, your balance is typically updated instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
- Only payment methods registered in the user's own name are accepted for withdrawals.
- The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- aago1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). aago1 does not cover any currency conversion charges; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply separate charges.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members on aago1 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳62,000
The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received just once per account.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds received as a welcome bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x must be met. This means that if you receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
A bonus may be cancelled in the following circumstances:
- Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts
- Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement
- Evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found
- Registering with false information
5.4 Other Promotions
aago1 regularly offers various promotions and deals. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page or in the relevant announcement. If a promotion's specific terms conflict with the general terms, the promotion's terms will take precedence.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is placed due to a technical error or incorrect information, aago1 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the stake.
6.2 Game Results
Results for every game on the aago1 platform are determined through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If you have any complaint regarding a result, please notify the support team.
6.3 System Errors
In the event of any gaming disruption caused by technical issues, server errors, or network interruptions, aago1 may cancel the relevant round and refund the stake. If an abnormally large win is displayed due to an error, aago1 reserves the right to void it.
6.4 VIP Program
The aago1 VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play. Specific benefits and conditions for each tier apply separately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the aago1 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings:
- Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Using fraudulent payment methods
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
- Harassing or threatening other players or staff
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Unauthorized use of the aago1 brand or trademarks
- Attempting to use the service from a prohibited country or region
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Account Closure
10.1 Closure at User's Request

10.2 Closure by aago1
aago1 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
- Registration with false information
- Evidence of being underage
- Legal directives or orders from regulatory authorities
If an account is closed due to a violation of terms and conditions, any active bonus balance may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited funds will be returned subject to verification.
Limitation of Liability
